$10 flat rate shipping within all of Australia, excluding large orders which may exceed this price. Items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of when the order was placed. If you require express shipping please call or email us and we will do our best to get it out as soon as we can with an additional cost. Delivery time can range from 3 to 7 business days depending upon your location in Australia.

Refunds And Exchanges

Be sure when purchasing you make the right decision as unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund products if you’ve had a change of heart. However if the product is damaged or faulty please call or email us and send through proof. You will then be asked to return the product and we will replace it if needed. In cases of loss or breakage, replacement will be offered according to circumstances.
