We would be lying if we said we didn't love a good party, so why not bring them into the salon? From makeup nights to birthdays and everything in between, Beauty in the Woods has done it! 

WHAT a night! Our biggest & most exciting event yet was centred all around holistic health and wellness from all perspectives. We were extremely lucky to host four amazing specialists from all around QLD to bring their expertise on naturopathy, nutrition, pilates, midwifery, business/start-up coaching & everything in between. The night was filled with beautiful decor and florals provided by Lily & Lotus (one of our major sponsors), amazing food & drinks catered by Headrick's Lane, perspective-changing insight into the world of holistic health & a very exciting BITW announcement... we launched our VERY OWN PRODUCT! Introducing the most on brand product for Beauty in the Woods, Let's Glow! A liquid illuminator to create our signature glowy makeup look.

In May 2022 we hosted a hands on skincare routine, new treatment launch and information night! Held at Rockhampton's newest cafe; Someplace, the night was filled with new knowledge, glowing skin & food that was to die for! Josie walked through a skincare routine & client's followed along on themselves and asked questions along the way. We then introduced our newest exciting depigmentation treatment... Cosmelan! Everyone had the opportunity to socialise, ask questions about their own skin and routine and purchase products with the help of the BITW team. Overall it was a successful night based on the glowing faces & happy tummies filled with yummy treats!  

With Issada being our leading makeup brand since the start, we have been lucky enough to host some of their reps from the concept stores for exclusive makeup events. With hands on and personalised experience, these events have been able to teach even the most inexperienced people the basics of makeup. Not to mention, having fun doing it! 

 

 

We know how overwhelming skincare can be, especially with how many brands and 'revolutionary' technologies have been coming out in recent years. That's why we loved creating our Medik8 skincare night where Paul, the Medik8 rep visited and showcased new treatments, products and tricks. With the personalised help from experts direct from the cosmeceutical company, events like these make the prospect of finding the perfect products and skincare regime a little less daunting. 

Our biggest event yet, was our collaboration with Angelina from Honeycomb Hair Studio, where we hosted 141 beautiful women in a makeup and hair tutorial night. Held in the upstairs, exposed brick backdrop of Headrick's Lane, this night was one to remember! Here we showcased two simple makeup looks and two everyday hair looks. Every guest received a goody bag stacked with samples, product information cards and even a cute cookie. Catered by Headrick's, the food and drinks were ahhhmazing! 

 

 

 

And not to mention we ate some pretty incredible food and drank some fancy drinks along the way!
